2012 was a good year for Montreal bassist, Adrian Vedady. An album release with pianist, Marc Copland (Live at Largo), a couple of performances with vocalist, Sheila Jordan, a recording with guitarist, Roddy Ellias, another with saxophonist, Janis Steprans, tours in Europe and Canada with the Yves Leveillé quartet, and performances in Montreal with local greats Steve Amirault, Chet and Jim Doxas, Thom Gossage, Christine Jensen, Andre White, Yannick Rieu, Frank Lozano, Steve Raegele, and Francois Bourassa. Adrian will be starting 2013 with an evening of lyrical original music at Montreal’s famous Upstairs Jazz Club.
