Carmel Moran is an up-and-coming pianist and composer from Montreal. Currently studying at McGill University, Carmel has been passionate about jazz ever since discovering this musical style in his teens. His music is subtle, intricate, sophisticated, groovy, intuitive and captivating.
In this concert, he will share his interpretations of some of his favourite jazz standards in addition to several original compositions, including some of his father’s compositions.
