Montréal based drummer Jacob Wutzke and tenor saxophonist Lucas Dubovik perform as a dynamic jazz duo, playing slick arrangements of classic jazz standards as well as original material. The duo have a remarkable musical connection that can be felt and appreciated by the most discerning of jazz fans as well as complete jazz novices. The duo’s unusual format of only drum set and tenor saxophone leaves plenty of space for improvisation and communication within the compositions, making each performance an exciting and unique experience.
