Kim Richardson

In her 20th year, she won her first Juno award for the Most Promising Female Vocalist of the year with her single “He’s My Lover”. A second Juno, this one in the Best R&B/Soul Recording category, followed in 1987 for her song “Peek-a-Boo.” She completed the hat trick in 1994 with a Juno for Best Contemporary Jazz Album, recorded with The Merlin Factor.

Over the years, Kim has sung alongside many famous Canadian artists, including Céline Dion, Corey Hart, Ginette Reno, Diane Dufresne, Lara Fabian, Bruno Pelletier, Roch Voisine, Nanette Workman and Gino Vannelli, as well as international stars such as Barry White, Stevie Wonder, Robert Palmer, Murray Head and Michel Fugain.
