Mathieu Soucy is a Montreal jazz composer and performer, whose first brand is swinging.
His debut album, Recollecting, released in November 2022, featured a brand new, refreshing and leaping neo-bop music and featured leading voices from the emerging Canadian jazz, including Caity Gyorgy, two-time recipient of the Juno Award for Vocal Jazz Album of the Year.
At the dawn of the recording of its second album, the band prepares an evening not to be missed.
