2x Downbeat Magazine award winner Sarah Stevenson is a 20 year old jazz and folk vocalist based between Vancouver Island and Montreal. Having spent the last 6 years of her life studying jazz and competing throughout Canada and the United States, Stevenson pays respects to the genre with her classic warm voice and her bebop vocabulary.
Inspired by Sarah Vaughan, Nancy Wilson, Carmen McRae, and Lorez Alexandria, Sarah joins Ryan Bennett’s trio for a night of swinging music and unforgettable sounds.
